At Homefire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home decor or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
